Have you tried to boot up Anaconda (with the USB device attached), switched to a virtual console and did a cat /proc/partitions to figure out the node of the USB device? To test that the syntax was correct I placed the kickstart file on another USB stick and loaded the same command to grab bltadwin.ru from the new location: linux ks=hd:sdc1:/bltadwin.ru This does work (providing USB sticks are mounted in order, boot - sdb1, kickstart - sdc1).
